The Church of Madonna delle Grazie is located in the district of the same name, south of Roccamorice. Its small Lombard Neo-Romanesque façade is made of stone, featuring two large pilasters supporting a gable-profiled cornice with blind arches. The interior follows a single-nave plan, with a barrel-vaulted ceiling with lunette windows and an external gabled roof with tiles. The decoration includes pilasters painted in a marble effect, ornamental cornices, and paintings in the vaulted panels. The stone altar, featuring a transenna and an edicule, houses an ancient votive image on a wooden panel.
