The Church of San Rocco, built in the 16th century, is located in Castiglione a Casauria along the Tratturo Magno route. It has a simple rectangular nave, a flat presbytery, and a wooden exposed ceiling. Its stone façade features a central doorway, two niches (one with an oculus), and a bell gable. Inside, it houses a 17th-century painting of the Virgin with Child between Saint Rocco and Saint Sebastian. It was restored in 2008-2009.
