The Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie is a Renaissance-style structure with a single nave, located on the eastern outskirts of Navelli, near Collepietro. Originally built in the 15th century as a rest stop for pilgrims traveling along the transhumance route, the church features a rectangular layout, a beautiful three-arched portico on its flat facade, a rose window, and a small bell gable. The interior follows a Neoclassical style with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and walls decorated with 16th-century frescoes depicting Saint Agatha and Saint Anthony Abbot. Above the main altar, there is a representation of the Crucifixion. The church underwent expansions in the 17th century, including the addition of the narthex and sacristy. It was also enriched with a lunette-vaulted ceiling and an elaborate high altar. Severely damaged by the 2009 earthquake, the church remains unusable as of 2023 due to structural collapses and cracks.
