The Church of Madonna della Pietà, located at the entrance of S. Eusanio Forconese, is a deconsecrated church originally built between the 16th and 17th centuries. The building features rustic stone masonry with an unfinished vertically slender facade and a rectangular layout. Its interior includes a barrel-vaulted ceiling divided into four bays, Corinthian columns, and baroque decorative elements. The church houses frescoes depicting the Pietà, Saint Eusanio, and Saint Anthony. The bell tower on the left has four levels defined by stone cornices. Heavily damaged during the 2009 earthquake, the church underwent restoration and consolidation between 2016 and 2019.
